Is seeking an Paint Prep Technician at our Part 145 Repair Station in Mount Pleasant, PA
NOTE: The following job description includes major responsibilities as set forth for the position. This description is not intended or expected to cover all details or tasks that may be involved with this position. Rather, it is provided as a general guideline to define the minimum requirements of the job.
- Prep aircraft for stripping
– Masking of airframe and parts - Mask airframe tail boom and parts for pro-seal and pro-seal same
- Mask airframe, tail boom and parts for acid wash, alodine and complete each procedure
- Prep airframe, tail boom and parts for sanding
- Body work on airframe, tail boom and parts and spot prime same
- Sand airframe, tail boom and parts for base coat
- Mask airframe, tail boom and parts for base coat
- Unmask airframe, tail boom and parts for reassembly
- Disassemble parts from aircraft for masking of stripes
- Mask airframe, tail boom and parts for stripes, logos, and registration numbers
- Prep airframe, tail boom and parts for painting of stripes
- Prep and paint parts and pieces.
- Mask interior, crew area and passenger areas for paint
- Paint interior as per customer’s specifications
- Detail interior and exterior of aircraft for delivery to customer
- Ensure all tags are properly filled out and attached to respective parts.
- Able to consistently produce quality work, setting high standards, team player, good attitude, company oriented.
- Able to stripe aircraft and install logos, etc.

Is seeking an Avionics Technician at our Part 145 Repair Station in Mount Pleasant, PA
NOTE: The following job description includes major responsibilities as set forth for the position. This description is not intended or expected to cover all details or tasks that may be involved with this position. Rather, it is provided as a general guideline to define the minimum requirements of the job.
- Fabricate and/or install basic avionics and electrical systems.
- Assist with complex system installations and tasks.
- Disassemble and reassemble aircraft interior as needed to facilitate avionics installs/repairs
- Light sheet metal fabrications as directed to facilitate avionics installation or repairs
- Assist with wiring harness wire board set up and lay out
- Complete wiring harness fabrication and installation
- Complete antenna installations
- Complete coax installations
- Complete or assist with electrical harness continuity & power checks
- Complete or assist with ground operational tests and inspections
- Comply with Pre-Post Test Flights
- Comply with 91.411-413 Tests
- Helicopter experience preferred but not required
- Knowledge of AC43.13 standard aircraft wiring practices
- Sheet metal experience preferred but not required
- Ability to read and interpret aircraft wiring diagrams
- Understanding of basic electrical components & systems
- Proficient with soldering and terminal / pin crimping techniques
- Good troubleshooting skills with both digital & analog systems
- Knowledge of autopilot systems
- Familiarization with basic Avionics test equipment
- Ensure all tags are properly filled out and attached to respective parts.
- Able to consistently produce quality work, setting high standards, team player, good attitude, company oriented.
- Road trips as required
- A&P license a plus
- FCC License a plus

Is seeking an A&P Mechanic at our Part 145 Repair Station in Mount Pleasant, PA

- Airframe and Power plant license recommended
- Aviation Experience a must
- Helicopter Experience a plus
- Complete understanding of maintenance procedures and requirements
- Evaluate and correct discrepancies when approved.
- Perform inspections in accordance with applicable maintenance manuals/337’s and ICA’s.
- Perform component overhauls and repairs
- Comply with Pre & Post maintenance check flights as required
- Comply with flight line/ground runs/leak checks as required
- Comply with Track & Balance as of required systems
- Assist other departments as required
- Road trips as required
- Knowledge of sheet metal techniques
- Knowledge of avionics techniques
- Must have general hand tools
